Incredible Years Parent and Baby Programme Training Success in Essex

This article about the evaluation of The Incredible Years Parent and Baby Programme conducted in Essex in 2008. The programs developed by Carolyn Webster-Stratton and have produced significant research that suggests that parenting programmes are both highly effective and acceptable to children’s careers. Report on the Braintree Baby Incredible Years Baby Group in Essex

The Braintree Incredible Years baby group was commissioned by the Mid Essex PCT in partnership with the See Saw children's centre and Family Mosaic (College House).

The Ministry of Parenting (CIC) provided this course in the heart of Braintree, at the See Saw children’s centre, inviting young mothers, fathers and carers under the age of 21 to come along with their babies.

Parenting programmes support the parent and carer. They are non judgmental and there to help in a fun and relaxed way. Read the report (PDF)
