photoMary and John, well-educated parents, were describing the problems they were having with their three-year-old-son. "He is unable to accept discipline, disobeys, has temper tantrums, demands attention, can't get along with other children, and acts irritable and unhappy." They had come to the Parenting Clinic at the University of Washington and were seeking help.
