Introduction
This chapter is an account of the Incredible Years home coaching programme (Webster-Stratton 2011) I delivered to a young child aged 3 and his parents over a 6-month period. Using case notes and the parents' words, I describe how the home coaching programme was implemented, and the changes and outcomes observed by both the parents and myself. The names of both child and parents have been changed.
