This chapter provides an overview of theory and practice of The Incredible Years® Series; reviewing research support for its efficacy, highlighting emerging developments in both the United States (US) and internationally, using examples of research and application, and including cultural adaptations or accommodations to increase inclusivity. The Incredible Years® Series was developed in the late 1970’s and 80’s in Seattle, US, by the first author to address child behavioral and emotional difficulties and enhance positive life outcomes, and comprises programs for parents, teachers and children.
