Mentors are certified group leaders who have had extensive experience with The Incredible Years® parent, teacher and/or child programs and have been invited to receive additional training to become mentors. Becoming a certified mentor permits them to offer authorized in-person workshops and on-going mentoring to small groups of new group leaders within their own agency or district.

Jens Andersen is a Registered Psychologist who has worked for the Ministry of Education in New Zealand for the past twelve years. Prior to this he worked in the area of youth offending and he has also managed to clock up a few hours skiing and snowboarding along the way. Jens was trained to deliver the Incredible Years Basic Parent program in 2005 and has since gained accreditation as a Peer Coach in both the parent and teachers programs. Jens is currently employed as the Incredible Years Practice Coordinator for his region, a role that sees him focusing on supports to best ensure Group Leaders deliver with fidelity.Tania Anstiss

Tania is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Lead at the Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service at Te Whatu Ora - Health NZ, Waitemata. Tania also works clinically in the Matua Tuhononga (Infant Mental Health) team. Tania is passionate about intervening early with whanau and tamariki, and has always enjoyed providing support for whanau in their parenting journey. Tania has focused on workforce development for some years and is an accredited Mentor and Peer Coach in the Incredible Years Parent programme. She also provides professional supervision through her private practice. Tania has a national leadership role as President of the New Zealand Psychological Society and is a strong advocate for the Psychology Workforce in Aotearoa.Ceth Ashen

Dr. Ashen is a Clinical Psychologist and a consultant for a number of community mental health non-profit agencies across the state of California. She conducts program evaluation, clinical training for case managers, parent advocates, clinicians, supervisors and managers, and provides consultation for quality improvement and assurance for these agencies. She provides training and supervision in various evidence based practices. A central goal of her work is to improve mental health program efficacy for high risk populations through the implementation and integration of evidence based practices (EBPs).
Dr. Ashen has been delivering the Incredible Years program since 2007. She is a certified Incredible Years Mentor for both Early Childhood and School Age Parenting Group and a certified Parent Group Leader. She has had the opportunity to deliver IY to parents in outpatient and community mental health setting, as well as the Dina program to children with disruptive behavior. As a Mentor, she trains and supervises staff in the Incredible Years and also has supported the dissemination of IY for the contracts she serves.

Andreia F. Azevedo is a child and adolescent clinical psychologist. She finished her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Coimbra University (2008-2013) with the Incredible Years Parent Program (The Incredible Years Parenting Program: Efficacy in a sample of Portuguese preschool age children with ADHD behaviours). Since then, she continued her research activities in the context of parental programs, early intervention and child psychopathology. She has been delivering the Incredible Years Basic Parent Program since 2008 and has been involved in two research trials with parent and teacher programs in Portugal. Dean Coffey is a licensed clinical psychologist at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) with a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Southern California through the Keck School of Medicine of USC. As an Incredible Years Certified Agency Mentor, Dr. Coffey provides training and group supervision (using the IY Peer Coaching Model) for parent group leaders in both the Preschool BASIC and School Age BASIC parenting programs. Many of these parent group leaders are psychology trainees in CHLA’s APA accredited pre-doctoral psychology internship and postdoctoral psychology fellowship programs. He also fulfills a management role at CHLA as the Child & Family Program Area Leader which provides mental health services for children ages six to 12 years and their families. Jane is a qualified social worker and has been involved in working with parents and carers in this role for over 20 years in both the voluntary and statutory sector in prevntative work and in child protection work. Jane has been leading Incredible Years Parent and Teacher groups since 2004. She is employed by Dorset Healthcare University Foundation Trust and presently manages a team of Primary Mental Health Workers with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Jane mentors within the Trust as well as Dorset, Southampton and the Isle of Wight. She has been involved in working with the National Academy of Parenting Practitioners (NAPP), in the Pathfinder Programme and been part of developing the rationale for rolling out evidence based programmes in the UK. Jeannie trained as a psychiatric nurse with both residential and community experience of working with young children, adolescents and their families. Since 1987, she has worked in a multi-agency setting offering parenting programs. Over the last fifteen years she has led the incredible years in Essex. Jeannie is now a director of the Ministry of Parenting CIC, which main company aim involves the delivery of both parent group programs and training. This has led to a growth in parenting support, awareness and parenting programs in Essex. This growth has been in health, education, social services and in the voluntary sector. The project has regularly supported hundreds of families, and many more families have been indirectly supported via the training program.. Jeannie holds an MA in Teaching and she has received numerous awards in recognition of the work that she has done to support parents across Essex. Emily Haranin is a licensed psychologist at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) and an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at the University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine. She is actively involved in CHLA’s APA-accredited predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship psychology training programs. Prior to her work at CHLA, she worked with children and families impacted by chronic trauma and poverty through an NGO in Puebla, Mexico. As a bilingual psychologist, Emily has been leading IY Preschool BASIC and School Age BASIC groups in both English and Spanish for the past 8 years. She became a certified group leader in 2015 and then completed her Peer Coach training and certification. Lisa Herewini is from Aotearoa and was raised within the hub of Ngaiterangi, Tauranga Moana, New Zealand. Her identity as Māori is central to her work with families. Lisa is a registered Social Worker currently working at Parentline, supporting families and children who have been affected by abuse, family violence and trauma. She has worked in support, liaison and advocacy roles to kaumatua (grandparents) and mokopuna (grandchildren).
Lisa's Incredible Years journey started in 2004, delivering the program with a focus on particularly vunerable families and children raised by their grandparents. She has been working with Werry Workforce Whāraurau to assist in the development of cultural enhancements to The Incredible Years over the past 6 years. Lisa’s passion is in providing support and leadership to Māori who are supporting whanau throughout New Zealand.

Dianne is a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working with children and families. She has a background in secondary school teaching and Playcentre Early Childhood before retraining as a clinical psychologist. Her journey with Incredible Years began in 2001 when she completed her Basic Parent Training. Back then, Dianne had a dream to see all Parent, Child and Teacher Incredible Years programmes available in New Zealand and introduced IY to the Health and Education sectors in New Zealand. Her research includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of Incredible Years Parent Programme for solo mothers of children with ADHD, and an RCT evaluation of adding a home visiting intervention to improve outcomes for high-risk families attending IYP. Dianne is experienced in delivering IY Baby, Toddler, Preschool, School Age, Advanced and Autism parent programmes. She is a Mentor in the parent programme and Peer Coach in Parent Autism. Her work has been varied, initially with adolescents and their families and with further training specializing in Infant Mental Health. Diana managed a multi-disciplinary family support non government organisation before becoming the clinical manager of a public Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Service. On a personal level, Diana is married, has had four children and has recently been blessed with two baby grandchildren!

Clinical Psychologist, Trauma Sensitive Schools Trainer, and Consultant working in Northeast Ohio. Susan has extensive experience working with children and families in hospital, private practice, and academic settings. Starting in 2003, she developed and directed Early Childhood Mental Health and School Based Mental Health Programs, using prevention and treatment versions of the Incredible Years. Susan has led Incredible Years Parent and Teacher Groups, and has provided training, supervision and consultation for group leaders. She was selected in 2005 to begin training to serve as Incredible Years Mentor for the state of Ohio, under an initiative designed to increase the use of evidence-based interventions throughout the state. Subsequently, Susan worked with Incredible Years to deliver over 225 trainings for group leaders in the Parent and Teacher Programs throughout Ohio, the Eastern United States, and Canada.Maria McAleese

Maria works part-time as a Senior Educational Psychologist on the DECAP programme at QUB, part time for the Education Authority, and part-time as an independent Incredible Years Mentor for the BASIC Parent Program in Northern Ireland. From 2007-2010, she supported the delivery of the BASIC, School Age and Advanced Parent Programs to a total of 274 parents in West Belfast as part of the former SEELB’s Colin IDF Project. From 2011-2013 she worked for an Incredible Years and Reconciliation regional project (‘BNCPPR’, funded by the International Fund for Ireland), supporting the delivery of high quality BASIC Parent Programs to 402 parents and delivered by school staff and project staff in 38 pre-school settings throughout N. Ireland. Maria became an accredited BASIC Parent Group Leader in 2010, an Accredited Peer Coach in 2012, and an Accredited Mentor in 2013, and an accredited Teacher Classroom Management group leader in 2017. Maria delivers Basic Parent Group Leader Training Workshops on a regular basis in Belfast, IY Consultation days, ‘Update your Skills’ refresher training days, and help and support with the accreditation process for BASIC parent group leaders from various organisations in N. Cathy Morrissey, BSW, M.Ed. has been involved with The Incredible Years Program in various capacities since the mid 1990’s beginning with the Partners Project, a collaborative research project between the University of Washington Parenting clinic and Puget Sound Educational Service District in Seattle. With the inception of the Partners Project Cathy co-led parenting groups for families enrolled in a local Head Start program, including immigrant and refugee populations. Since that time she has also led parenting groups in Colorado, is a certified Mentor in the BASIC parenting program, training over 1000 group leaders in Colorado and other communities. She has also been trained to provide the Teacher Classroom Management (TCM) program, training teachers in Colorado and two other states. Additionally, Cathy’s experience has encompassed work with the child welfare population, program development and services for infants prenatally exposed to drugs and alcohol, prevention work with Head Start and other high risk populations with an overarching emphasis on organization and community engagement and collaboration.Hilde Mortensen

Hilde is an occupational therapist, and has been working as a IY-parent-group leader at the child and adolescent psykiatric outpatient clinic in Tromsø, Norway, since 2000. She is certified mentor in the parent program and in the TCM-program and works with Dr. Mørch as a supervisor for parent-groupleaders and TCM-groupleaders in the Norwegian research trial. She has been delivering the advance program and is also a certified PMT-O therapist. She has a background with psychiatric clinic for adults and for many years, in a psychiatric clinic for youths. Sigrid Ness works as a lecturer in special education at Nord University. She has been working since 2005 in prevention, child psychiatry, and child welfare services, and for several years as a consultant for kindergarten teachers. She has a Masters degree in special education. Her Master thesis was about parents' experience participating in the IY Basic parent training program. She has been a group leader in the IY Basic Parent Program since 2007. Sigrid was certified as a group leader in the Basic parent program in 2011, and in the TCM program in 2013. She became a peer coach and mentor in IY parent programs in 2015.

Barbara works as a clinical psychologist and specialist in psychotherapy. She is a certified group leader in the IY parent program and works with parent groups and peer coaching in her agency. Additionally, she works part time for the National Board of Social Services disseminating and implementing the IY programs and providing supervision nationally in Denmark. She also has experience as a clinical family- and couples therapist, as an organizational psychologist and, before graduating in psychology, as a primary and secondary school teacher.Jenny Price

Dr Jenny Price is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in child and adolescent mental health in England for the past fifteen years. She worked for eight years as part of the research team directed by Dr Stephen Scott at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London. Jenny trained to deliver the Incredible Years Parenting programmes in 1995 and has since gained accreditation as a Mentor in both the Pre-School Basic and the School-age programmes. As a Mentor, Jenny trains and supervises staff from a range of disciplines and UK projects such as the Children and Young People Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP IAPT) project. She had also worked in the National Academy of Parenting Practitioners (NAPP) project in a similar way.
Jenny has recently set up a non-profit agency to carry out projects in Trinidad and Tobago to improve parenting practices and mental well-being of parents on the islands through the implementation and integration of evidence based practices.

Maartje works as a clinical child psychologist in a child and adolescent psychiatry service and at the University of Utrecht as a senior researcher. She studied child psychology and received her PhD on a research project into the preventive effectiveness of the Incredible Years Parent Program. At the moment, her research is focused on the treatment effect of the Incredible Years Parent Program for low SES and immigrant parents. She is a certified group leader in the IY parent program (both BASIC and ADVANCE) and works with parent groups and as a peer coach in the Utrecht area. In addition, she is working on the implementation of the Incredible Years Parent Program in the Netherlands. Judah Racham

Judah Racham is Head of Parenting interventions for Medway Council UK and a therapist in training. He has assisted with the implementation and dissemination of incredible years programmes in a number of UK boroughs such as Southwark, Merton and Sutton between 2005 and 2015. Judah became an accredited Parent Group Leader in 2008, a Peer Coach in 2009, and is currently a Mentor in training. Kate has been leading parent groups since 1999 and has been involved with all levels of IY program implementation both locally and
nationally across the UK. Kate delivers the Preschool & School Age Basic Parenting
Programs and the Home Coach Program. Having retired from the NHS Kate has developed a thriving private practice in the Highlands of Scotland working predominantly
with parents and children. In her clinical practice she continues to lead Incredible Years

Carolyn Rubenstein, MSW, LCSW, has been working with children and families for over 15 years. She has been involved with the Incredible Years programs since 2004 when she was trained in the Incredible Years Basic Parent program and has since delivered many successful parent groups in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Additionally, she received training in the Classroom Dina program and the Teacher Classroom Management program. Currently, Carolyn works for Invest In Kids, a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of young children. In her role as a program consultant, Carolyn supports and coaches parent group leaders and classroom teachers in their implementation of IY. Maria João is a Psychologist and Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She co-translated into Portuguese and has been delivering the Incredible Years Basic Parent Programme since 2007. Between 2010 and 2013 Maria co-led the research trial "Early prevention/intervention in disruptive behavior disorders: efficacy of parents and teachers programmes”. The most recent project that she is co-coordinating, supported by an EEA Grant, researches both the use of the Basic Programme in primary health care settings and the TCM in school settings. Maria became an accredited Parent Group Leader in 2008, an Accredited Peer Coach in 2012, and an Accredited Mentor in 2016. Stephanie Shepard Umaschi is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor (Research) at Brown Medical School, through which she trains residents and postdoctoral fellows. She is a certified Mentor in the IY BASIC Parent Program and a Mentor (in training) in the Teacher Classroom Management Program, as well as a certified group leader in the Classroom Dina Program. In 2012 she became a program consultant at Invest in Kids, a non-profit organization in Denver with a mission to partner with local communities to ensure the success of evidence-based programs that improve the health and well-being of Colorado's youngest children and their families. Linda works in the South of England for Action for Children, a large Children’s charity, as well as working with Portsmouth City Council and supervising IY staff involved in a research project in Southampton. She has a background in health visiting. Having undertaken a Post Graduate Diploma in Children's mental health, in 2002 she set up a Child and Young Person’s Primary Mental Health Service in Poole, Dorset integrating Incredible Years Parent Groups in 2003. She is a certified mentor in the Basic and Baby programmes. She started delivering the Basic programme 11 years ago and has since delivered and supervised staff in the Baby, Toddler, Basic, School Aged and Advanced programmes in a range of community settings. She runs training workshops in the Baby and Basic programme. Ditte Maria holds a MA in Psychology and is a trained family therapist and IY group leader. She is trained in the IY TCM, Basic and School age programs. She is an accredited IY Baby group leader and has led many parent groups and TCM workshop during the past years.
Ditte Maria works as an educational psychologist at the municipality of Ishoj near Copenhagen, where she introduced IY and supports the implementation of IY in schools and family treatment.

Dr. Ashen is a Clinical Psychologist and a consultant for a number of community mental health non-profit agencies across the state of California. She conducts program evaluation, clinical training for case managers, parent advocates, clinicians, supervisors and managers, and provides consultation for quality improvement and assurance for these agencies. She provides training and supervision in various evidence based practices. A central goal of her work is to improve mental health program efficacy for high risk populations through the implementation and integration of evidence based practices (EBPs).
Dr. Ashen has been delivering the Incredible Years program since 2007. She is a certified Incredible Years Mentor for both Early Childhood and School Age Parenting Group and a certified Parent Group Leader. She has had the opportunity to deliver IY to parents in outpatient and community mental health setting, as well as the Dina program to children with disruptive behavior. As a Mentor, she trains and supervises staff in the Incredible Years and also has supported the dissemination of IY for the contracts she serves.

She is now semi retired from her post as Consultant Child Psychologist for Parenting and Childrens’ Social Competence programmes with a health board in mid Wales. For many years she has offered training and supervision, in a range of IY programmes, to agencies in her local area and also offered training and supervision to agencies across Wales in her prior role as honorary Lecturer at Bangor University. Sue led a team that previously won the NHS Wales award for "Working Seamlessly Across Organizations" in delivering the IY programs in Powys, mid Wales. Sue has been involved in a number of research trials linked to IY programmes.
Since March 2020 Sue has worked with agencies in her local area to deliver IY programmes on line as a way of continuing access to services during the pandemic.
Prior to being involved with IY programmes Sue worked for many years as an Educational Psychologist both in Wales and in England. Her doctoral work involved the development of solution-focused, collaborative consultation groups for teachers

Jenny Price
Dr Jenny Price is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in child and adolescent mental health in England for the past fifteen years. She worked for eight years as part of the research team directed by Dr Stephen Scott at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London. Jenny trained to deliver the Incredible Years Parenting programmes in 1995 and has since gained accreditation as a Mentor in both the Pre-School Basic and the School-age programmes. As a Mentor, Jenny trains and supervises staff from a range of disciplines and UK projects such as the Children and Young People Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP IAPT) project. She had also worked in the National Academy of Parenting Practitioners (NAPP) project in a similar way.
Jenny has recently set up a non-profit agency to carry out projects in Trinidad and Tobago to improve parenting practices and mental well-being of parents on the islands through the implementation and integration of evidence based practices.

For many years she has offered training and supervision, in a range of IY programmes, to agencies in her local area and also offered training and supervision to agencies across Wales in her prior role as honorary Lecturer at Bangor University. Sue led a team that previously won the NHS Wales award for "Working Seamlessly Across Organizations" in delivering the IY programs in Powys, mid Wales. Sue has been involved in a number of research trials linked to IY programmes.
Since March 2020 Sue has worked with agencies in her local area to deliver IY programmes on line as a way of continuing access to services during the pandemic.
Prior to being involved with IY programmes Sue worked for many years as an Educational Psychologist both in Wales and in England. Her doctoral work involved the development of solution-focused, collaborative consultation groups for teachers

Maria Filomena Gaspar is Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra. Became an accredited Parent Group Leader in 2008, an Accredited Peer Coach in 2012, and an Accredited Mentor in 2016 in the Basic Parent Programme. She is also an accredited Group Leader in the TCM Programme in 2016. Co-translated into Portuguese and has been delivering and researching the Basic Parent Programme since 2007 and the Teacher Classroom Management Programme since 2009. Co-coordinator of two research project with the Basic and TCM programmes: "Early prevention/intervention in disruptive behavior disorders: efficacy of parents and teachers programmes” (FCT Grant) “Incredible Years for the Promotion of Mental Health” (EEA Grants). Stein Grondalen
Stein is a special education teacher with hands-on experience working with challenging children. He has worked with the IY TCM program since 2005 and has worked with more than 30 groups of teachers in workshops. He has been a peer coach since 2012. He is presently working as supervisor and coordinator at the City of Oslo “Competence unit for student behaviour and learning environment” in Brusetkollen school and resource center, and at RBUP (Regional child and youth psychiatric center). His earlier work experience include several years as a teacher and special education teacher in Norwegian public schools and in a community special education school for children with behaviour challenges.Michele Jones

Michele Jones is Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa and is an Early Intervention Teacher. She has been working in Incredible Years Parent and Teacher programmes since 2007 and is an Accredited Group Leader in both programmes. Michele has worked with whānau Māori in her personal life, hapū and kāhui involved in Te Tiriti o Waitangi negotiations and her work in the Ministry of Education with tamariki/mokopuna with learning disabilities.
Michele has also been working with IY Teacher Mentors Anna and Kim for the past year and a half as our Māori Peer Coach providing Group Leader (GL) support both at GL Māori trainings and Consultation days. Michele is keen to grow our numbers of Incredible Years GL Māori and Peer Coaches Māori in the Teacher programme in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Hilde is an occupational therapist, and has been working as a IY-parent-group leader at the child and adolescent psykiatric outpatient clinic in Tromsø, Norway, since 2000. She is certified mentor in the parent program and in the TCM-program and works with Dr. Mørch as a supervisor for parent-groupleaders and TCM-groupleaders in the Norwegian research trial. She has been delivering the advance program and is also a certified PMT-O therapist. She has a background with psychiatric clinic for adults and for many years, in a psychiatric clinic for youths. She has several years' experience working with families, and with teachers in schools and kindergartens. Desiree Murray

Desiree W Murray is a clinical psychologist and Associate Research Professor in the Social Science Research Institute at Duke University. She has many years of experience working with children and families in a medical center clinic and on a number of federally funded grants for ADHD and other disruptive behavior difficulties. Desiree also conducts research funded by the Department of Education on Incredible Years programs in schools. She began delivering the Incredible Years Teacher Classroom Management (TCM) program in 2008 to local elementary teachers and has also led groups for preschool and Head Start teachers. She consults with the Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina Incredible Years Alliance to support implementation and dissemination of IY programs across the state. She began training as an Incredible Years Mentor for TCM in 2011. Eadaoin O’Brien
Eadaoin O’Brien
Eadaoin O'Brien has been working as an Educational Psychologist with the National Educational Psychological Service (NEPS) of the Department of Education and Skills in Ireland since 2003. She is also a qualified teacher with experience of teaching in both mainstream and special school settings. Eadaoin has over twenty years of experience working with children with special educational needs. She started training with IY in 2006 and she is trained in Small Group Dina, Classroom Dina, and Teacher Classroom Management (TCM). As part of the NEPS IY strategic plan Eadaoin delivers the TCM programme to teachers and she offers peer coaching sessions to colleagues to support delivery of the programmes with fidelity.

Sandra Pickering is a Resource Teacher Learning and Behaviour, (Cluster 14) attached to Morrinsville Intermediate, New Zealand. She has a background in primary school teaching and as a Resource Teacher Special Needs. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Guidance) (1997) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Special Needs Resource Teaching (2001). She has delivered the IY Teacher training programme since 2010 and is an Accredited Group Leader (2011) and Accredited Peer Coach (2017).
Sandra is committed to the Incredible Years content and the support network, having seen the benefits at every stage of involvement for teachers and their students, Group Leaders delivering the programme and on to the Peer Coaching system.

Maria João is a Psychologist and Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She co-translated into Portuguese and has been delivering the Incredible Years Basic Parent Programme since 2007. Between 2010 and 2013 Maria co-led the research trial "Early prevention/intervention in disruptive behavior disorders: efficacy of parents and teachers programmes”. The most recent project that she is co-coordinating, supported by an EEA Grant, researches both the use of the Basic Programme in primary health care settings and the TCM in school settings. Maria became an accredited Parent Group Leader in 2008, an Accredited Peer Coach in 2012, and an Accredited Mentor in 2016. Stephanie Shepard Umaschi is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor (Research) at Brown Medical School, through which she trains residents and postdoctoral fellows. She also is the Director of the Center for Evidence Based Practice at Bradley Hospital. She is a certified Mentor in the IY BASIC Parent Program and a Mentor (in training) in the Teacher Classroom Management Program, as well as a certified group leader in the Classroom Dina Program. She has many years of experience working on federally and locally funded grants to deliver Incredible Years programs in Head Starts, elementary schools, primary care clinics, and a range of social service agencies. Lee Taylor Burt has a background as a kindergarten teacher and has specialized in early intervention for the past 20 years. Lee completed her first Incredible Years training in 2008. Dianne is a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working with children and families. She has a background in secondary school teaching and Playcentre Early Childhood before retraining as a clinical psychologist. Her journey with Incredible Years began in 2001 when she completed her Basic Parent Training. Back then, Dianne had a dream to see all Parent, Child and Teacher Incredible Years programmes available in New Zealand and introduced IY to the Health and Education sectors in New Zealand. Her research includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of Incredible Years Parent Programme for solo mothers of children with ADHD, and an RCT evaluation of adding a home visiting intervention to improve outcomes for high-risk families attending IYP. Dianne is experienced in delivering IY Baby, Toddler, Preschool, School Age, Advanced and Autism parent programmes. She is a Mentor in the parent programme and Peer Coach in Parent Autism. Clinical child psychologist. Leader of the team working with The Incredible Years Program in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic In Trondheim, Norway. She is a certified group leader in the parent program, and has worked with parent groups since 2000. She has worked with Dr. Moerch as a supervisor for the parent group leaders in the Norwegian research trial. She has now started her training as a group leader in the Dinosaur treatment program for children. Her earlier work experience is as a school psychologist and as a clinical psychologist in the psychiatric outpatient clinic for children and in different Childrens hospitals (somatic wards).
